Shipping Time (Australia): 3-18 business days depending on your location and depending on the size of the package. We try our best to make it as small as we can!
Shipping Time (International): 7–20 business days (if applicable).

Returns & Exchanges - We want you to love your Cloud Nest purchase — and sleep better because of it. If you’re not happy, we’ll make it right.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll sort it out immediately.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
